kreepy-hallow OCT LARGE“Heads will roll!” Join JCT this October as we present a comical musical spin on Washington Irving’s haunting tale THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HALLOW titled KREEPY HALLOW!

Same Story, different attitude. It is 1840 and the first appointed female teacher has arrived in the sleepy town of Kreepy Hallow. Join Miss Ichaboda Krane as she takes over the schoolroom built on-top of a sacred Native American burial ground guarded by an old crow touted as the spirit of Chief Oswegatchie. With a classroom filled with eclectic children, her “eye” on the boss’s son Bartholomeus Van Tassel, and a jealous local woman Electra Van Brunt watching her every move, Ichaboda Krane’s Halloween celebration is a most haunting affair. Narrated by local  gentleman Diedrich Knickerbocker, KREEPY HALLOW tells the tale of Ichaboda Krane’s encounter with all things that go bump in the night as the dreadful Headless Horseman rides again.

Think the ADDAMS FAMILY meets ICHABOD CRANE in this whimsical musical comedy featuring an original story and songs written by award-winning playwright and composer Brazillia R. Kreep. With musical direction by Angela Conzone Dwyer, arrangements byRyan C. McNally, set and prop designs by Stephen Chambers, costumes and makeup by Ann Losurdo and Karen Fischbeck Carmany, technical direction and production coordination by Christopher Dwyer, Directed by R.
